Le bus n'est jamais passé, attendu1h30en pleine nuit, le lendemain ma personne au téléphone s'en fiche pas mal, il faut que j'envoie un mail, 10jrs ap toujours pas de nouvelles, je relance, on me dit qu'il faut envoyer une lettre recommandée ac AR!!!

j'ai voyagé en octobre 2015 de paris à Bilbao . j'ai demandé plusieurs fois une facture au nom de ma société espagnole par mail je ne l'ai jamais reçue (71.00 €) !!!. Visiblement on prend le pognon et le reste on s'en tape...

bonjour nous sommes partis a paris avec vos services je ne suis vraiment pas satisfaites de notre voyage aussis bien a l aller qu au retour ont nous a dis de venir 30mn avant le depart du bus le bus est arrive juste a lheure 30mn sous la pluie arrive

Du grand n'importe quoi! Ce n'est vraiment pas un service qui nous propose. C'est un calvaire ! Employés qui ne parlent pas un mot de français, d'anglais, pratique surtout vu l'organisation désastreuse du voyage. On attend des heures sans savoir pk

aucun respect pour les voyagueurs ,ca fait plusieurs annee ,que je fais des trajets france italie ,ils ont laisse 2fois une personne et partis , traité comme du betail , toujours stressé ces chauffards de m....polonais et espagnols .

Voyagez,la nuit du 27 au 28 octobre grande Bretagne - France. Le chauffeur agressif, nous presse,arrivé au contrôle nous parle en espagnol et s'étonne que personne descend, en anglais ou en français.il repars comme un fou,pour rester poireauter 45 mn

Eurolines was founded in 1985, nowadays is one of the biggest and most famous bus company in Europe. Eurolines works together with other bus companies in order to carry passengers for different locations, therefore Eurolines and other bus companies provide bus routes to over 600 destinations in 36 European countries and Morocco.

This company carry about 4 million passengers per year on more than 500 modern, safe and comfortable buses, besides that, Eurolines offer low cost fares.

EUROLINES FLEET SERVICES

Some items of Eurolines fleet change according to the countries where they are making service.

Passengers who travel at Eurolines modern buses will find items like reclining seats, large windows, restrooms, comfortable legroom, seat belts, temperature controlled air conditioning, lighting system, TVs and stereo hi-fi. 

Eurolines are including WiFi free on their buses and eletric points to charge portable devices; Bus 24x7 recommend that passengers ask if the bus that will travel have these items and carry with them multi European power supply adapter plugs. 

BUYING TICKETS 

Online Purchase

You can buy bus ticktes online, through Eurolines country website and pay by credit cards or PayPal. We recommend that advance tickets be purchased online through the Eurolines country website.

Over Phone

Passengers can also call the country reservations and book their bus tickets, informations about these telephones are found at Eurolines website.

At Terminal

Eurolines has several sales locations in Europe, the main one is located at bus terminals. There, tickets can be purchased by credit cards, cash and debit cards.

DEALS & DISCOUNTS

In some countries Eurolines have a regional discount cards with specific terms and conditions of use that can only be purchased locally, so we recommend that you ask the agent at time of booking.

Eurolines Pass

Acquiring an Eurolines Pass, passengers can travel unlimited fir 53 cities across Europe at a low cost of bus tickets. It’s just pre book the first destination and from there, book the other cities. Prices vary according to the season and the discounts have expiration date, so we suggest you check details with Eurolines.

Children Free Tickets and Discounts

Eurolines offer discounts for children, but the discount level, terms and conditions for this benefit varies according to countries, so it’s important to seek information about discounts before buying a bus ticket.

Student Discounts

Students aged between 12 and 25 years old may have discounts on bus fares, but the rules for this discount change according to the country. We suggest you to search for information of these discounts directly with Eurolines of your country.

Senior Discounts

As well students and children, seniors aged from 60 years, also have discounts on bus fares, but these discounts vary according to the country where the seniors will travel.

Discounts for Disabled People

Disabled travellers can also buy bus tickets with discount, but the discount rules can change according to the country. Sometimes disabled passengers pay the same values as other passengers; but for disabled who need a helper to travel, Eurolines and partners offer a discount for the helpers. We recommend you to ask to local Eurolines agent for details of the disability discount policy.

TICKET REFUND AND EXCHANGES

Eurolines allows exchange and cancellation of bus tickets, however, sometimes there is a fee for this service. The amount of this fee varies according to the country where the bus tickets were bought.

Amendment fees vary according to the type od bus tickets. For standard tickets there is no limit to the number of times that the ticket can be changed, but the fee must be paid each time. Asking to change 48 hours before departure, the fee to be paid is €3-€5 per ticket; between 6 and 44 hours before the fee is €6-€10 per ticket and after 6 hours in advance, the change is not allowed.

Eurolines allows one modification for promo tickets; asking for the change with 48 hours before departure, the passenger should pay €6-€10 per ticket + difference between promo and standard fare; after 48 hours in advance, the modification is not allowed.

There are fees for cancellations too and they vary according to the type of bus tickets. For standard tickets, cancellations made at least 48 hours before departure, the passenger must pay 25% of the bus ticket price. Passengers who request cancellation of bus tickets, between 6 and 48 hours before the trip should pay 50% of the bus ticket price and requests made after 6 hours in advance, the passenger must pay 100% of the bus ticket price.

To cancel promo tickets, at any time, passengers should pay 100% of ticket price.

IMPORTANT TIPS

Boarding on Bus

It’s important follow the check-in time instructions stated on your ticket. Mostly passengers should be at the terminal 30 minutes in advance the departure; if your check-in is at London Victoria or Paris Gallieni, you should be at the terminal no later than 1 hour prior to departure.

We warn to passengers who arrive at the terminals within 15 minutes of the departure stated on the ticket can have their boarding refused.

Baggage Size and Weight Limits

Passengers can carry 2 medium sized suitcases without having to pay a fee. The baggage can not be more than 70cm x 80cm x 20cm and weigh more than 40Kg. If it exceeds the weight or size allowed, the passenger will have to pay a fee.

Besides that, passengers are allowed to take onboard 1 hand luggage not exceeding 5Kg, the luggage must easily fit in the overhead racks.

Pets on Bus

With the exception of registered sensing dogs for blind passengers, the transport of pets at Eurolines’ buses are prohibited.
